Tim Florentino

US Army Corps of Engineers, MILCON Construction Project Manager

Tim Florentino is a senior engineering and infrastructure engineering advisor with more than 25 years of experience delivering large-scale construction, facilities, and capital improvement programs in complex, high-risk environments. His career spans enterprise infrastructure recovery, long-range capital planning, and executive-level program oversight across domestic and international portfolios. Known for cutting through ambiguity, Tim specializes in turning fragmented technical, financial, and operational data into clear, decision-ready insight for senior leaders.

Most recently, Tim played a key leadership role in the Tyndall Air Force Base Rebuild, one of the largest federal infrastructure recovery efforts in the United States. Following catastrophic hurricane damage, he supported the planning, coordination, and execution of resilient, next-generation facilities and utilities across the installation. Working alongside federal agencies, engineers, contractors, and senior stakeholders, he helped align scope, cost, schedule, and mission requirements—contributing to a rebuild designed not just to replace what was lost, but to deliver a smarter, more durable installation for the future.

Prior to Tyndall, Tim served in a senior strategic role supporting global logistics and infrastructure planning for 1st Theater Sustainment Command, where he led theater-wide infrastructure posture analysis across more than 100 locations in multiple countries. He developed executive planning tools and governance frameworks that allowed senior leaders to understand infrastructure risk, prioritize investment, and rapidly adapt to contingency scenarios. His work established a common operating picture for facilities and construction that significantly improved planning speed, coordination, and resource alignment across large, geographically dispersed portfolios.

Across his career, Tim has been repeatedly recognized for exceptional leadership and impact, earning multiple Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, and a Meritorious Service Medal, with contributions assessed at the Legion of Merit level. He is valued for disciplined execution, direct communication, and an ability to operate comfortably at the intersection of engineering, finance, operations, and executive decision-making. As he transitions to the private sector, Tim brings a forward-thinking approach focused on resilient infrastructure, accountable leadership, and results that endure beyond the project lifecycle.
