As Vice President of Sales and Business Development at ZS2 Technologies, Shil Patel leads the company’s growth strategy across North America, helping expand market presence and drive adoption of ZS2’s next-generation magnesium cement technology. Starting his career on the tools as a drafting technician, Shil’s path has evolved from hands-on design to supporting ZS2’s manufacturing, contracts, and technical sales teams, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and strategic sides of construction.

He has played a key role in advancing ZS2’s construction solutions on landmark projects like Eureka Oaks, California’s largest Habitat for Humanity Calavares project, and Serenity Country Village in New York, a 250-unit sustainable senior housing development. Passionate about scaling innovative solutions into new markets, Shil works closely with developers, builders, and architects to deliver smarter, stronger, and more resilient communities.
