By convening the Nation's leading architecture, engineering, construction, real estate development, investment and financing, ratings agency, data analytics and modeling firms and institutions, seeks to unlock $2.3 trillion in new resilience capital for immediate retrofit and new development across residential, commercial, industrial, public-sector assets, facilities, infrastructure. ROAR Partners is the "commercial twin" to advance FPA's solutions into the $112 billion resilience marketplace.

FPA (the Think Tank) and ROAR (the Do Tank) combined are aligned to engage insurance-reinsurance, mortgage and project finance, asset developers and owners, and a broad range of investors around a new standard of practice generating a 1:11 cost benefit result.
