Mark Gehringer, president of RG Miller | DCCM, is a registered professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience managing projects and leading teams in residential land development, municipal engineering, and drainage/water resources. He specializes in managing all aspects of master planned community land development, including planning, design, and construction activities with insight on disaster mitigation.
