Resilient City Expo X NOAA Webinar!

We are proud to announce Jessica Lee as our second confirmed guest speaker for the Extreme Heat Webinar on 18th September. Jessica is the Public Program Coordinator for NOAA’s National Weather Service, where she led the rollout of the HeatRisk tool and specializes in improving services for hazards like extreme heat. She has also shared her expertise with Congress, federal partners, and national media outlets.
